This large-scale high-rise was challenging due to location and demand. This Project was two similar office buildings with retail connected. There are over 20 Preaction or Dry zones, protected by a Nitrogren-filled system. The buildings are connected through Undergrounds piping. Both Base and Tenant design teams internally collaborate to allow efficient transition during phases. The complex ceiling design lead to creative solutions to maintain the visual aesthetic while being protected.
